Delivery & Returns

We want ordering from Craftalo to feel simple and reassuring. This page explains how delivery, cancellations and returns work. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

UK delivery

Standard UK delivery costs £5 and is sent by Royal Mail.

We will send an order confirmation to the email address supplied at checkout. If an order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact us at clare@craftalo.co.uk or call 07523 135219.

Changing or cancelling an order

If you need to change or cancel an order before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that a dispatched order can be changed.

Unwanted items

For most goods bought online, you may tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Unwanted goods should be returned complete and in a condition consistent with reasonable inspection. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The customer pays the return postage for unwanted items. We recommend obtaining proof of postage.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us promptly with your order number and, where helpful, photographs of the problem. If goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect, Craftalo will arrange an appropriate remedy and refund reasonable return postage where a return is required.

Refunds

Where the right to cancel applies, we will refund eligible payments, including the standard outbound delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back. We may withhold the refund until then.

Refunds are normally made to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.
